Key Responsibilities Lead the sourcing, development, and execution of M&A opportunities from initial pitch through to completion Direct the development and review of detailed financial models assessing different operating scenarios and transaction outcomes Oversee valuation analyses using multiple approaches to support client recommendations Analyse capital structures and evaluate potential transaction impacts Maintain strong understanding of clients, target companies, and sector dynamics Monitor industry trends and market activity to identify opportunities and inform client engagement Lead the preparation of high-quality presentation materials for client discussions Manage transaction timelines and coordinate across internal deal teams and stakeholders Ensure all activities align with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices Proactively identify and manage risks related to transactions and client engagements Uphold high standards of professional integrity, conduct, and accountability
Experience AVP:
Typically 3-6 years of relevant experience in investment banking, M&A, or corporate finance, with solid exposure to transaction execution and deal processes.
VP:
Typically 6-10+ years of investment banking experience, with demonstrated ownership of key deal workstreams and meaningful client interaction responsibilities.
