Senior/ Physiotherapist #HJN, Singapore

Duties: Assess patients' physical conditions, mobility, strength, and functional limitations. Develop and implement individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans based on clinical findings. Provide physiotherapy treatments including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, electrotherapy, and pain management techniques. Monitor patient progress, evaluate outcomes, and adjust treatment plans accordingly. Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, posture correction, injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications. Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment provided, and patient progress in medical records. Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to support patient recovery and discharge planning. Ensure compliance with clinical standards, safety procedures, and infection control protocols. Participate in case discussions, continuous education, and quality improvement initiatives. Supervise and guide therapy assistants or junior staff when required.
