Contract Duration: 1 year (Start from 1 Jan 2026) Working Days: Monday – Friday Industry: Main Contractor / Construction Location: Toa Payoh
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact between the project team and residents/tenants. Manage public enquiries, feedback, and concerns in a professional manner. Examine and take immediate action for any inconvenience to the public caused by construction works. Coordinate timely updates, notices, and communication materials to stakeholders. Support planning and execution of community engagement activities. Monitor site conditions and highlight potential public relation issues. Maintain feedback records and follow-up status for reporting purposes. Provide general administrative support for site operations.
Requirements
GCE 'O' Level / Nitec / Diploma or equivalent. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving ability and customer-service mindset. Able to work independently in a fast-paced site environment. Experience in public relations, community engagement, or construction industry will be an advantage (not mandatory). Proficient in Microsoft Office.
