Senior Procurement and Inventory Coordinator
In This Role, You Will
Procurement & Coordination Purchase components and laboratory items. Communicate with Contract Department and vendors regarding part specifications, delivery schedules, and related inquiries. Production Support Prepare and pack components for PCB card reflow. Generate and maintain Bill of Materials lists. Inventory Management Receive, store, and track stock accurately. Organize inventory and perform regular stock checks. Maintain up-to-date inventory records. Reporting Document stock movements and maintain proper records. Prepare general inventory reports. Lab Equipment Maintenance Assist Facility Managers in sending out and receiving of lab equipment during calibrations. Communicate with calibration vendors regarding delivery schedules, and related inquiries.
Job Requirements
NITEC Experience in the use of IT software and spreadsheet software such as Microsoft excel Ability to work independently
