Provide full-spectrum administrative support to senior leadership (e.g., Principal / Director) Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination across multiple time zones Arrange travel logistics including flights, accommodation, and detailed itineraries Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and reports take minutes and track follow-ups Act as a liaison between internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders Support basic office operations including vendor coordination, expense tracking, and documentation Assist with ad hoc projects, including research and coordination related to investments or portfolio companies Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Requirements
2-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant / Team Assistant Prior experience in a family office, investment firm, healthcare, or medical devices industry is a plus Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
