With its regional headquarters based in Singapore, the business is undergoing continued growth and transformation, including regional expansion initiatives, investments in healthcare infrastructure. This role sits at the regional HQ and plays a critical leadership role in strengthening financial discipline, enhancing reporting quality, and supporting strategic decision‑making across a complex, multi‑country organisation. Job Description
Lead end‑to‑end group consolidation and regional financial reporting, including direct involvement in consolidation workings and issue resolution Deliver accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, ensuring data integrity and clear insights for senior management Partner closely with business division leaders and country managers, providing hands‑on financial support, analysis, and challenge Drive regional budgeting, forecasting, and KPI performance monitoring, working directly with country finance teams Strengthen and enforce financial controls, policies, and governance frameworks across all entities Proactively identify, assess, and manage financial, operational, and regulatory risks across the region Support due diligence and financial evaluation for distributor transitions, investments, and M&A‑related activities Lead finance process improvements and digitalisation initiatives, including simplification of reporting and reduction of manual work Manage, coach, and develop regional finance teams, building capability beyond transactional accounting Act as the primary liaison with auditors, tax advisors, and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth audits and compliance outcomes
The Successful Applicant
Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or Business with CPA, ACCA, or CA qualification 15+ years' experience in group financial consolidation and financial control within a multinational environment Proven hands‑on ownership of group consolidation, reporting, and month‑end processes, not just review or oversight Strong regional leadership experience with the ability to roll up sleeves and operate at detail level when required Demonstrated track record of hands‑on business partnering, working closely with country finance teams and senior stakeholders Experience operating effectively in matrix organisations, balancing governance with execution Medical device or healthcare industry exposure preferred SAP B1 experience advantageous, with willingness to be directly involved in system usage, reviews, and improvements What's on Offer
