Key Responsibilities
Define, maintain, and continuously improve the BMS/BAS/EPMS design standards. Act as lead technical interface for third-party BMS/BAS/EPMS integrators, consultants, vendors, ensuring all external engineering deliverables meet internal benchmarks. Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, construction, IT, network, procurement etc ensure cross-functional alignment. Maintain timelines of BMS/BAS/EPMS design projects to comply with project delivery milestones. Optimise the BMS design and delivery for value, constructability, and technology offerings.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Controls, Automation, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline. 8+ years experience designing, delivering, maintaining BMS/BAS/EPMS projects in hyperscale applications. Demonstrated history of managing external design consultants and delivering complex engineering packages on a global or regional scale. CDCP/CDCS/CDCE qualifications (or similar) highly regarded
Skills
Extensive BMS/BA/EPMS experience across APAC. Deep understanding of hyperscale DC BMS & MEP systems Experience with modularised MEP skid design and construction Ability to lead cross domain coordination with construction, operations, IT and network teams. Schneider Electric/Siemens/Tridium Niagara experience is advantageous
