Job Description
Responsibilities: Lead and manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, handling, packing, and shipping activities. Supervise, train, and develop warehouse staff, including material handlers and admin personnel, to maintain high performance and accuracy. Optimize resource utilization, including manpower and warehouse space, to support operational efficiency Establish and enforce warehouse policies, safety standards, and compliance with trade, customs, and ISO regulations. Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and annual physical inventory exercises. Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, system implementation, and use of Six Sigma methodologies. Support EHS initiatives, risk assessments, and proper handling of controlled materials while leading special projects as required.
Requirements: Degree in Business / Engineering At least 8 years of experience in warehousing Manufacturing Industry experience
