Manager/ Senior Manager, Regulatory Compliance and Advisory, Singapore

Our clients are a regional fund services with a strong background and commitment to grow in the market. They provide fund administration and compliance services to clients in the asset management industry. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for a Manager/Senior Manager, Regulatory Compliance and Advisory, the position is based in Singapore. Key responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of clients of fund management companies to provide them compliance solutions and services Prepare and review regulatory reporting and surveys for clients Advise clients on regulatory compliance and provide regulatory updates to them Provide compliance advisory services such as license applications, address enquires from regulators etc Understand clients' needs and request to provide guidance and support in developing and implement compliance policies and procedures for them Monitor the overall service delivery to clients and maintain good relationships with them Key requirements At least 5 years of regulatory compliance experience in consultancy firms / audit firms / regulators / buyside asset management firms Good understanding of asset management industry such as MAS regulations and licensing requirements Good technical compliance knowledge Strong client servicing and communication skills Motivated, leadership, forward thinking Interested parties please send your resume to Loretta Chan at (HIDDEN TEXT) Regrettably only shortlisted candidates will be contacted EA License Number: 20C0180| Registration no: R1876188
