Job Summary We are seeking a passionate Channel Experience & Events Marketing Specialist to design and execute initiatives that enhance customer engagement across offline retail and online marketplaces, collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to drive business growth. Responsibilities Design and execute customer experience initiatives for offline retail stores and online marketplaces to increase engagement and support business growth Manage relationships with partners, agencies, and third-party vendors to coordinate channel and event activities effectively Prepare and coordinate marketing materials to support communications across offline and online channels Maintain product displays and in-store fixtures in compliance with brand standards to enhance customer experience Monitor competitor activities across online and offline channels to generate insights and recommend improvements Track marketing assets and materials accurately to ensure resource accountability Coordinate and lead in-store renovations following brand guidelines to improve retail environments Plan and lead execution of key events across online and offline channels, ensuring alignment with brand objectives Develop and coordinate new event concepts focused on brand engagement and customer interaction Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure efficient resource use and timely delivery Preferred competencies and qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in retail and events marketing Knowledge and experience in both offline retail and online marketplaces Strong organizational skills to meet tight deadlines in fast-paced environments Excellent communication and presentation skills to collaborate effectively and manage projects and teams Achievement and results-oriented mindset focused on meeting objectives and delivering measurable business impact Passion for driving positive and enhanced customer experiences
