NTUC Youth is the youth wing of the National Trades Union Congress (NTUC). Since our founding in April of 2005, NTUC Youth has grown to over 180,000 members aged 35 years and below and strive to give voice to the needs and aspirations of young workers.

Internship with NTUC Youth, Summer Intern (Programs & Partnership)
1. Programme Development and Delivery Support Assist in the planning, coordination and execution of various youth programmes Contribute ideas and perspectives to enhance YD's initiatives Support in programme evaluation, data analysis and summary reports
2. Ground sensing, Market and Landscape Research Conduct research (inclusive of data collection, data analysis and presentation of findings) on the latest trends, best practices and emerging needs in the areas of career development, mental wellness and financial literacy for youths to shape future programmes / CVPs Identify potential partners and stakeholders who could collaborate on or support our initiatives, and assist in maintaining and updating the stakeholder database
Requirements All interested undergraduates are welcome to apply! Excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate at all levels. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
