We are looking for a hands-on and reliable Facilities Officer to support the daily maintenance and upkeep of our facilities and buildings. Job Responsibilities
Carry out basic maintenance and repair works for buildings and facilities
Perform simple electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry and repair works
Inspect and maintain air-conditioning, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems
Coordinate and follow up with contractors for cleaning, pest control, repairs and servicing
Set up and troubleshoot AV equipment for meetings and events
Conduct routine site inspections and report maintenance issues
Support inventory checks, meter readings, logistics and general site support
Attend to ad-hoc maintenance and operational duties when required
Requirements
Hands-on experience in facilities maintenance, building maintenance or repair works
Candidates with electrical, plumbing, aircon, handyman, or technician experience are welcome
Able to perform basic troubleshooting and minor repair works independently
Comfortable with on-site and manual work
Responsible, reliable, and willing to learn
Team player with good communication skills
