Production Planner (Manufacturing), Singapore

Responsibilities Plan daily and weekly production schedules based on orders and capacity Ensure materials are available for production on time Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and adjust plans to meet deadlines Coordinate with different departments to keep production running smoothly Update stakeholders on any delays or changes Use ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) to track planning and inventory Check that materials and equipment are ready before production starts Prioritize and expedite urgent work orders when needed Resolve production issues or delays Support inventory checks (cycle counts) to ensure stock accuracy Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries Handle basic administrative and ad hoc tasks Support improvements and digitalisation efforts in planning Requirements Diploma in Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field Detail-oriented and organised Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Able to work independently with minimal supervision Good communication and teamwork skills
