Company Description Theia Health specialises in AI-powered automation of coronary CT scan analysis, aiming to accelerate and improve coronary artery disease detection, staging, and monitoring, particularly in the ASEAN region.
Responsibilities Assist in general administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day company operations. Support preparation and organisation of company documentation (e.g., contracts, proposal, business pitch decks, grants, etc.) Maintain and update business records, invoices, and project tracking databases Coordinate internal and external meetings, take minutes, and manage follow-up actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Regulatory, Product, and R&D) to support company initiatives. Graphic design - create brochures, company video, marketing materials, etc. using apps such as Canva, Figma, etc.
Experience & Skills Diploma in any related field. Strong foundation Business Administration, Management, Life Sciences or related fields. Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides). Excellent command of English, both written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated, resourceful, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment. Ability to present ideas and solutions persuasively to potential clients. Ability to think strategically about business growth, identifying opportunities that align with the company's long-term goals.
