Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator, Singapore

Working days : 5 days work week Work Location : Jurong West Salary : SGD 2300 - SGD 3000 Key Responsibilities Manage inventory receiving, stock checking, and warehouse organization Handle inventory data entry and maintain accurate stock updates in Shopify or inventory systems Print and manage barcode and thermal labels for product and SKU tracking Coordinate stock allocation and replenishment between warehouse and retail stores Prepare, pack, and process online orders accurately and efficiently Coordinate logistics and delivery arrangements for customer orders Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with regular stock counts Ensure proper product categorization, storage management, and warehouse cleanliness Support daily warehouse operations and fulfillment activities Requirements Familiar with inventory management and stock coordination processes Basic knowledge of Shopify, POS systems, or inventory management systems is preferred Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented Able to manage multiple SKUs and product categories efficiently Comfortable working in warehouse operations and logistics coordination Prior experience in retail, warehouse, logistics, or e-commerce fulfillment is an advantage A PLUS MANPOWER SERVICES PTE LTD EA License No. 16C8280 MOM Reg No. R22107790
