Minimum 3 years of experience in technical writing, UX writing, or content design Proven ability to simplify complex content into clear, user‑friendly language Experience working with structured, regulated, or policy‑based documentation Ability to collaborate effectively with legal, compliance, product, and UX teams Familiarity with insurance or financial services documentation is preferred Ability to interpret and apply regulatory and compliance requirements accurately Proficiency in using documentation or content management tools is an advantage
