Work location: Pasir Panjang Working hours: Monday to Friday office hours (hybrid) Salary: up to $6500 per month
1 year contract
Job Scope: Award administration and coordination Review and finalise information kits and forms Manage call for nominations process Populate scoring workbooks and coordinate evaluation processes Facilitate endorsement process and communicate results to stakeholders Events management Coordinate verification and printing of materials Procure vendors and materials Collaborate with teams on event planning Support staff engagement events and communications Design and conceptualise EDMs Support scheduling and development of leadership development programmes and provide Learning & Development support Requirements: At least 3 years of relevant working experience Degree in any field Good organisational skills Attention to detail Good at written and digital communications (including EDMs) Proven ability to provide creative support Interested applicants please email your CV to (HIDDEN TEXT) SINGAPOREANS ONLY
