Description
RESPONSIBILITIES: . Create, delete, reset and suspend user's ID on operating system (eg. Windows, Linux, etc.) and application per approved change request. . Comply with instituted workplace security at customers' premises. . Provide accurate and timely reporting daily . Review and update ID admin documentation where required . Participate in IT audit by providing information and documentation in a timely manner and achieve SAT audit rating. . Perform level 1 support & troubleshooting for ID related problems. . Perform tasks assigned by line manager and be always contactable. . Issue pin mailers and answer phone/email enquiries from institution users. . Perform labelling, ID revalidation and remediate all deviations in a timely manner. . Perform Privilege Authorization Revalidation and remediate all deviations in a timely manner. . Perform timely escalation to respective support team where necessary. Essential skills and experience required: . Diploma or Any equivalent, in any Technical discipline . Minimum 2-5 years' experience in user support and helpdesk duties . Strong problem solving and system troubleshooting skills . Technically proficient in Microsoft Office
