Front Office Engagement Manager – 6 months contract, Singapore

Our client, a leading IT consulting firm, is seeking a Front Office Engagement Manager on a 6‑month contract to support a key client.
Responsibilities Own end-to-end delivery of front office engagements – from order management system implementations to trading screen and workflow redesigns Act as the main liaison between front office (portfolio managers, traders etc) and platform teams Work closely with front office users to capture pain points, validate needs, and drive adoption Requirements
Proven experience in project or program management within a front office investment or capital markets environment Strong working knowledge of OMS and EMS platforms like Bloomberg, and front office workflows Demonstrated ability to engage and influence front office stakeholders including portfolio managers and traders Experience gathering and validating business requirements, translating them into actionable platform changes Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable operating across both business and technology teams
