Work location: Central Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Key Responsibilities: Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) functions Work with various teams to follow up on collections from corporate clients/customers/Medisave Handle the occasional billing and credit notes to external companies Perform credit card and counter collection reconciliations Monitor weekly cash bank-in Monitor and prepare weekly refunds to patients/insurance companies Liaise with external clinics and doctors for fee payments, tax invoices and remittance advices Process monthly payments to external clinics Liaise with auditors where necessary for audit Support and assist the Finance Manager Key Requirements: Min. Degree in Accountancy / Accounting / Finance Management / Business Administration Min. 2-3 years' experience as an Accounts Executive handling Accounts Receivable (AR) matters Prior experience as an Accounts professional in healthcare industry is preferred but not a must Your recruiter:
