Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis, Singapore

Job Summary: This role supports the organisation's sustainability reporting, financial planning, and CAPEX monitoring across resort-wide projects. It provides analytical insights, facilitates cross-functional coordination, and ensures timely and accurate reporting to support management decision-making. The role also contributes to process improvements and strategic initiatives across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Financial Planning & Analysis Support the development of financial projections for resort-wide initiatives Liaise with business units to consolidate inputs and ensure alignment of assumptions Perform scenario analysis and prepare project P&L and presentation materials for senior management
2. CAPEX Budget Monitoring & Governance Monitor CAPEX utilisation and project progress, highlighting key risks or variances to management Support enhancements to CAPEX governance, reporting frameworks, and financial controls Coordinate with Fixed Assets and Project teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting
3. Sustainability Reporting Support the preparation of sustainability/ESG reports in line with regulatory requirements Contribute to sustainability initiatives, dashboards, and management reporting
4. Cross-Functional Projects Provide analytical and project support across various initiatives Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate information Support process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives Prepare clear and structured reports, presentations, and documentation
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience At least 6 years of relevant experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting Experience in audit or professional services environment would be advantageous
Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Experience working with stakeholders across different levels Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data tools (e.g. Power Query); knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is an advantage Sustainability or ESG-related knowledge/certification is a plus
