Production Controller
Responsible for production planning, ERP data accuracy, and supply chain coordination to ensure on-time delivery, inventory optimisation, and effective resolution of operational constraints within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Job Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end planning for assigned products and components. Maintain accurate and timely ERP/MRP system data. Drive on-time delivery through effective production scheduling. Identify and resolve supply chain risks and delays. Monitor load and capacity constraints propose mitigation actions. Optimise inventory levels while reducing delivery risks. Coordinate with planning, manufacturing, and logistics teams. Support SIOP processes with reliable planning inputs. Ensure compliance with company policies and planning standards. Analyse bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
Job Requirements:
Comfortable working at Tukang manufacturing plant. Degree or relevant qualification (e.g. APICS) or equivalent experience. Experience in production planning or supply chain operations. Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems. Understanding of load and capacity planning concepts. Ability to manage delivery commitments under pressure. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Cross-functional knowledge (manufacturing, quality, procurement). Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI or similar tools. Good data analysis and attention to detail. Basic knowledge or exposure to digital/AI tools is an advantage.
