Key Responsibilities Teach History, Political Science, and Global Perspectives to secondary/senior secondary students. Plan and deliver engaging, interactive, and student-centered lessons. Prepare lesson plans, assignments, assessments, and learning materials. Encourage discussion, debate, research, and analytical thinking in the classroom. Prepare students for school and board examinations. Assess and monitor students' academic progress and provide constructive feedback. Foster awareness of current affairs, global issues, citizenship, and civic responsibility. Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment. Participate in school events, meetings, and parent-teacher interactions. Support the overall academic and personal development of students. Requirements Master's degree in history/ Political Science/ International Relations, or a related field. B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred. Prior teaching experience at the secondary/senior secondary level is desirable. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. Strong command of spoken and written English. Ability to integrate technology and innovative teaching practices into lessons.
