Logistics Admin (Logistics MNC/ East) - WCDT, Singapore

Job Responsibilities Receive and verify documents Check customer shipping requirements and transport mode Create sales orders and issue billing in ERP system with proper documents Update records in Excel and share details with operations team Match packing documents with Shipment Management System (SMS) Handle ERP tasks such as purchase requests, receipts, and stock transfers Validate and update weekly/monthly cycle counts in ERP system Communicate with customers via email, Teams, or phone to meet requirements Coordinate with different teams to fulfill customer orders Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors/managers
Job Requirements Minimum Diploma holder Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Minimum 1 year warehouse experience Able to work accurately in a fast-paced environment Comfortable to do OT , including weekends and PH.
