Role Overview
As Regional Business Development Manager, you will spearhead Verifi's commercial expansion across the Asia Pacific region, developing new markets, building long-term partnerships, and driving enterprise adoption for Verifi's solutions.
This is a strategic, hands-on role for a relationship-focused business builder who can operate with entrepreneurial agility, cultural fluency, and commercial acumen. You will be responsible for shaping how Verifi enters, grows, and succeeds in key markets within your region.
Key Responsibilities Market Development & Expansion Identify, prioritize, and execute go-to-market strategies for target countries across the region. Build country-specific growth plans, including commercial forecasts, pricing models, and partnership strategies working with the International Commercial Director. Develop and manage distributor or channel relationships to accelerate adoption. Business Development & Partnerships Lead end-to-end sales efforts with ready-mix concrete producers, construction companies, and technology partners. Develop, negotiate, and close commercial agreements and strategic alliances. Represent Verifi at regional industry events, trade shows, and conferences. Customer Success Enablement Partner with internal Product, Customer Success, and Operations teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and long-term satisfaction. Provide market feedback to inform product localization and commercial model adaptation. Regional Intelligence Monitor competitive landscape, regulatory developments, and market dynamics. Support the International Commercial Director with insights and data to guide strategic planning.
Qualifications Essential 4+ years of experience in B2B Sales & business development, commercial operations, Tier-1 Management Consulting, or partnerships with exposure to technology, SaaS, IoT, or industrials Proven success executing sales at the CXO level and go-to-market strategy building Strong track record in value-led solution selling and managing multi-stakeholder relationships. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and cross-cultural collaboration skills. Exceptional fluency in English; additional Asian language fluency (e.g. Mandarin, Hindi, Malay, Bahasa) a plus. Willingness to travel extensively across regions.
Preferred Experience in ConstructionTech, building materials, logistics, or sustainability-related industries. Familiarity with industrial IoT solutions or digital transformation in operational environments. Ability to operate in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and matrixed global organizations.
