Job Title: Admin (Warehouse / Logistics)
Job Summary: The Admin supports daily administrative and documentation functions to ensure smooth warehouse and logistics operations, including coordination, data entry, and communication with internal and external parties. Key Responsibilities:
1. Documentation & Data Entry Prepare and process documents such as Delivery Orders (DO), invoices, permits, and job sheets Perform accurate data entry into systems (WMS / Excel / internal systems) Maintain proper filing (softcopy & hardcopy) for all operational documents 2. Coordination & Communication Liaise with customers, drivers, warehouse team, and operations staff Assist in scheduling deliveries, collections, and warehouse activities Follow up on job status and update relevant parties 3. Operational Support Assist in job creation, job closing, and system updates Support import/export documentation flow Coordinate document handover between Customer Service (CS) and Operations 4. Billing & Reporting Assist in preparing billing, quotations, and invoices Track job completion and ensure all required documents are submitted Prepare simple reports (daily jobs, delivery status, discrepancies) 5. Issue Handling Handle basic customer inquiries and escalate when necessary Track missing documents, delays, or discrepancies Support in resolving operational issues 6. General Administrative Duties Maintain office supplies and administrative records Support HR/Admin tasks when required (attendance, simple coordination) Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management Requirements:
Basic knowledge of logistics/warehouse operations preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Good communication and coordination skills Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Additional Information: Working Location: Alps Ave. Working Hours: 5.5 working days, Company Transport: Pick-up points - Bedok, Pasir Ris, Tampines, Sengkang.
