Main Responsibilities Handling
financial administration,
including transaction processing, payment vouchers, and tax-related matters.
Managing
expense claims and travel bookings
via SAP Concur and coordinating logistics.
Maintaining
accurate records and document control
for invoices, financial, and legal documents.
Overseeing
office operations , including maintenance, asset tracking, and contract management.
Coordinating with
vendors
for IT equipment and office infrastructure.
Supporting
regional operations and events
(ASEAN) and liaising with cross-functional teams.
Providing
general administrative and operational support
to ensure smooth office functioning.
Requirements Bachelor's degree
in
Business Administration
or related field
3+ years
of
office administration
experience.
Basic knowledge of
finance / accounting processes.
Proficient in
MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Strong
communication, organisation, and multitasking skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work
independently.
