Real Estate Valuation Officer, Singapore

We are looking for a valuation officer to support our Valuation team as we continue to provide a superior valuation experience for our clients. This is a dynamic role where the candidate is able to to conduct valuation activities in real estate buildings, development work, properties and more.
Former training or experience in the valuation space is required for this role. Recent graduates from Real Estate degree or diploma courses are welcome to apply.
Job Scope Site inspection of properties Conduct survey, inspect and investigate all aspect of building and land properties to identity property characteristics in order to determine their values. Determine valuations methods by selecting applicable approach and techniques to valuate properties both commercial and residential. Prepare valuation reports, outlining methods used in the appraisal process. Assist in indicating property value by providing appraisals and consultants to all branches Evaluate collateral of new and additional loan applications from branches. Obtain real estate industry data, collect, verify, and analyse property information regarding socio-economic, governmental and environmental characteristics, restrictions, covenants, contract declarations special assessments, ordinances development ligation. Regularly review property market in all provinces and update report
Requirements Graduates from a recognized University/Polytechnic with Real Estate Qualification or equivalent. Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills. Meticulous and numerically competent.
