Service Desk Analyst/ Call Centre Agent x 3 Job Description We are looking for an
Service Desk Engineer/ Call Centre Agent
to perform
24/7 Service Desk/ Call Support
to ensure customer's enterprise IT services are addressed and to restore normal IT service to affected users as quickly as possible. Responsibilities: Involved in acting as a single point of contact to Customers/Users and Third party service providers. Responsible for monitoring enterprise IT Network, Systems and Servers. Handle Hotline Calls and e-Mails within agreed timeline. Take ownership of incidents/service requests reported by users, track the incidents/service requests, to ensure closure within agreed timescales. Maintain documentation and comprehensive records of issues and problems Requirements: Minimum Higher NITEC in Information Technology or related field of study 1 to 2 years of working experience. Good experience in handling Call Ticketing. Strong teamwork and communication skills Excellent customer service skills and good phone etiquette. Prior experience in Network Operations Centre (NOC) environment preferred Able to work 12-hour Rotating Day and Night shift working including weekends and Public Holidays Only Singaporean
