specializing in premium skincare and personal care products is looking for Production Supervisor/Technician. Responsibilities: Oversee daily production operations to meet targets while ensuring compliance with GMP and QC standards. Maintain accurate GMP documentation and ensure allfinished goods meet quality specifications before release. Optimize productivity by minimizing labour and material wastage and driving continuous improvement across filling and packing lines. Plan and manage production schedules, work orders (ERP),and rolling forecasts, with regular progress updates. Investigate production issues and customer complaints,implementing effective corrective actions. Perform machine setup, troubleshooting, and basicmaintenance, while supporting blending and QC activities as needed.
