Basic information : Basic up to $10,000 Remote working available after probation Mon - Fri (0830 - 1700) Jurong Area Job description : Manage the full lifecycle of hire purchase financing cases, from initial customer engagement and application review through credit assessment, documentation completion, approval, and fund release, ensuring timely and smooth execution. Evaluate borrower creditworthiness and financing risks, exercising sound judgment on approval decisions while ensuring adherence to internal lending frameworks and applicable regulatory requirements, including statutory hire-purchase regulations and Monetary Authority of Singapore compliance standards. Supervise and develop the credit operations team, providing direction on complex applications, supporting professional development, and maintaining high service and performance standards. Enhance operational effectiveness by reviewing existing lending procedures, streamlining approval workflows, and strengthening controls across documentation handling and recovery processes. Track and safeguard overall portfolio performance, monitoring repayment behavior, overdue accounts, and default exposure, while implementing preventive actions to minimize credit risk. Partner with internal stakeholders across commercial, finance, and collections functions to support business expansion, improve customer outcomes, and meet financing objectives. Maintain a strong client service focus by addressing customer concerns efficiently and balancing service quality with responsible lending practices.
