Our Financial Services Tax Group focuses on corporate tax consulting and compliance services for clients in the financial services industry, which encompasses banking & capital markets, insurance and asset management. Our highly trained specialty team is equipped to provide solutions tailored to the needs of our clients.
Specialization: Corporate Tax Compliance & Advisory with Transformation Focus
Your Key Responsibilities
Deliver integrated tax compliance and advisory services for financial services clients while leading transformation initiatives to optimize operating models and enhance efficiency.
Manage and coordinate Singapore and regional tax compliance and advisory engagements. Lead transformation projects focused on process improvement, automation, and governance. Develop and execute project plans, ensuring delivery against KPIs and SLAs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement optimized operating models. Maintain strong client relationships and provide innovative solutions aligned with business needs. Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Skills and attributes for success
Proven project management and transformation experience, including stakeholder engagement and risk management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a transformation mindset. Ability to leverage technology for process optimization and data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Understanding of Singapore tax regulations and compliance requirements.
To qualify for the role you must have
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or equivalent. Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in transformation projects with tax knowledge Experience in financial services industry and/or professional services environment would be a strong advantage.
