Project / Business Operations Specialist, Singapore

Job Description Conduct in-depth market research to fully understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor dynamics. Produce high-quality analytical reports and translate insights into actionable strategies to drive business growth. Analyze customer needs through data and market research, and continuously optimize customer solutions. Develop phased operational strategies, including product assortment, marketing plans, and sales tools, to increase market share and gross profit. Manage the full customer lifecycle, including market development, customer relationship management, and value-added services. This includes pricing, margin optimization, and fulfillment strategy to achieve project performance targets. Maintain accurate product and pricing information. Analyze key business metrics such as GMV, gross margin, product penetration rate, and customer retention, and prepare regular performance and cost reports to support business decision-making. Establish and improve customer management processes, ensuring customer data accuracy, completeness, and timely updates. Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth end-to-end service delivery and an enhanced customer experience.
Requirements Bachelor's degree or above, with
at least 3 years of experience
in fresh food, retail, or product/market operations. Strong capability in research and reporting. Strong analytical mindset with solid data analysis skills. Excellent cross-functional communication and project coordination abilities. Strong teamwork spirit, good communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
