Key Responsibilities Production Planning & Scheduling
Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand while minimizing costs. Coordinate with procurement and logistics for timely material availability. Resource Management
Allocate staff, equipment, and materials effectively. Manage inventory levels to avoid understocking or overstocking. Quality Control & Assurance
Ensure products meet quality standards through inspections and corrective actions. Budget & Cost Management
Monitor production budgets, implement cost-saving measures, and track expenses. Team Supervision & Leadership
Oversee production staff, set productivity goals, enforce safety standards, and resolve workflow issues. Problem-Solving & Continuous Improvement
Identify bottlenecks, adapt to supply chain disruptions, and introduce new technologies or processes to improve efficiency. Required Skills & Qualifications Leadership & Communication
