Take the next step in your career by managing complex Third Party Liability claims across the Asia Pacific and Middle East regions. Investigate, evaluate, and resolve assigned Third Party Liability Claims, with a focus on Healthcare, Professional Indemnity and Cyber.
Conduct proactive settlement negotiations and collaborate with legal counsel on litigation strategy.
Support company-wide projects with other departments like underwriting, finance and operations.
Mentor and provide support to junior team members within the claims group.
Ensure all claims handling adheres to established internal standards and external legal and regulatory compliance.
skills and experience required
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:
7+ years of substantial claims handling experience in at least one relevant line of business (e.g. Professional Indemnity, Crime, D&O, Cyber).
Possession of a law degree or a professional insurance qualification (e.g., ACII).
Proven ability to manage a workload effectively with strong planning and organizational discipline.
Excellent negotiation skills, sound judgment and strong analytical ability.
Demonstrated ability to be a good team player, work independently and maintain a customer service-oriented attitude.
