Job Description
We are exclusively hiring for a growing consumer brand's leadership team, and we're currently looking for a Head of HR, Asia who will play a pivotal role in shaping the people strategy for our regional operations. This is not just an HR role-it's a strategic partnership with the CEO of Asia, ensuring our HR framework supports scalability, agility, and sustainable growth.What You'll Do
Lead Regional HR Strategy: Partner with the CEO to design and implement HR strategies that enable hypergrowth and operational excellence. Hands-On Leadership: Manage day-to-day HR operations, including: Recruitment and talent acquisition Payroll and benefits administration Employee relations and compliance Build for Scale: Develop policies and processes that support rapid expansion while maintaining a strong company culture. Champion People: Drive engagement, performance, and development initiatives across diverse markets.
The Successful Applicant
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a senior HR leader in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Strong operational HR expertise combined with strategic vision. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly to changing business needs. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Regional exposure in Asia is highly desirable.
