Job Summary
We are hiring a
Shipping Admin
to manage daily shipping and logistics operations for a chemical manufacturing company. The role requires accuracy, coordination, and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
Prepare and check shipping documents (Invoice, DO, Packing List, Bill of Lading, MSDS, etc.) Arrange and track local/overseas shipments (sea, air, courier) Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, and customers Ensure compliance with customs, export/import, and DG requirements Work with production/warehouse teams for timely dispatch Maintain shipment and inventory records, update system (ERP/Excel)
Requirements
2+ years shipping/logistics/admin experience (manufacturing/chemical preferred) Knowledge of import/export and DG shipping documentation is an advantage Proficient in Excel and basic admin tools Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
