Job Summary As a Brand Ambassador at Alaris Marketing Group, you will represent client brands at events and roadshows, engage the public to promote programmes, assist customers, and contribute to achieving campaign goals. Responsibilities Represent assigned brands at roadshows, events, and promotional activities to increase public awareness Engage with members of the public to educate and generate interest in programmes Communicate brand messages clearly and professionally to diverse audiences Assist customers with enquiries and guide them through sign-up processes to facilitate participation Deliver a positive and memorable customer experience that supports brand loyalty Achieve individual and team targets set for marketing campaigns Collect and provide feedback on customer responses and campaign effectiveness to improve future initiatives Preferred competencies and qualifications Minimum Nitec/Diploma or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory) Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage Strong communication and interpersonal skills demonstrated through customer engagement Confidence and outgoing personality to comfortably interact with diverse groups Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and at different event locations Other Information Competitive basic salary with performance-based incentives Training and mentorship provided no prior experience required Opportunities for career advancement into leadership roles Exposure to marketing campaigns and brand management Supportive and energetic team environment
