Work location: Orchard Job Responsibilities: Manage front desk operations, including patient registration, appointment scheduling, and walk-in inquiries Perform cashiering duties such as billing, payment collection (cash, card, and digital payments), and issuing receipts Prepare and process invoices accurately, including insurance claims and relevant documentation Maintain proper records of daily transactions, patient visits, and financial reports Handle phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner Assist in verifying patient details, updating medical records, and maintaining confidentiality Support basic administrative duties such as filing, data entry, stock checks, and inventory coordination Requirements: At least 1 year experience as Clinic Assistant/Receptionist, experience in any clinic setting will be a strong advantage Strong communication skills, passionate to interact with patients Minimum O levels education qualification
