SENIOR APPLICATION CONSULTANT, Singapore

What You'll Do Lead, deliver technical design, configuration, and development activities for SaaS/Oracle HCM projects. Develop and optimize Fast Formulas, value sets, lookups, and custom logic to meet client requirements. Build and maintain OTBI and BI Publisher reports, dashboards, and analytics. Design and manage integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP services, and file-based integrations. Create, validate, and load data using HCM Data Loader (HDL) and HCM Extracts. Work closely with functional teams to ensure accurate translation of functional rules into technical solutions. Participate in solution architecture discussions and contribute to best-practice frameworks. Support SIT/UAT cycles through defect resolution, troubleshooting, and performance tuning. Provide technical guidance, documentation, and knowledge transfer to clients and internal teams. We also look for: 5 to 15 years of experience with Oracle HCM/Fusion/SaaS technical components. Delivered end-to-end project implementations or equivalent SaaS software (technical stream). Preferred hands-on expertise in: Oracle Fast Formula, OTBI & BI Publisher (BIP), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HCM Data Loader (HDL), Oracle SQL, PL/SQL Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Prior experience working with Singapore public sector clients is an added advantage. Ability to lead technical workstreams independently and mentor junior team members. Good to have: Knowledge of Singapore Payroll Legislation (CPF, IRAS, SDL, SHG Funds, statutory submissions).
