Learning & Development Manager / HR Executive / HR Assistance, Singapore

Role Description This role is responsible for supporting human resources operations, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives within the company. The Learning & Development Manager / HR Executive / HR Assistant will assist in managing recruitment processes, onboarding activities, employee records, and internal HR coordination to ensure smooth daily operations. Key responsibilities include supporting training and development programs, coordinating employee performance reviews, assisting with policy implementation, and promoting a positive workplace culture. The role also involves maintaining HR documentation, monitoring employee relations matters, preparing HR reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations. In addition, the position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with different departments to support workforce development and organizational effectiveness in a professional and fast-paced environment.
