Job Summary Lead and manage maintenance operations by planning and supervising subcontractors and manpower to ensure optimal functioning of BMS/DCS/PLC/SCADA systems. Drive preventive maintenance scheduling, system troubleshooting, and technical guidance to support facility management and operational excellence. Responsibilities Plan and assign subcontractors and manpower for maintenance work and project handovers to ensure timely and efficient execution Supervise and manage subcontractors to perform maintenance and servicing tasks in compliance with quality standards Develop and schedule preventive maintenance plans to minimize system downtime and extend equipment lifespan Perform routine system checks, backups, restorations, troubleshooting, and upgrades to maintain optimal performance of BMS/DCS/PLC/SCADA systems Record servicing and maintenance data accurately and generate detailed service reports to track maintenance activities and outcomes Provide technical and operational guidance and engineering solutions to maintenance site facility management teams to resolve issues and improve system reliability Execute additional ad hoc duties as assigned to support maintenance and operational objectives Preferred competencies and qualifications Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Knowledge of BMS, PLC, and HVAC systems is advantageous Training provided for candidates with less experience or without prior exposure to relevant systems Other Information Working location: West / On-site Working Days: Monday to Friday Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm Basic salary: $3500 - $4200 + Allowance + Variable Bonus
