Key responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end financial reporting process, including group consolidation and timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual closing cycles Oversee statutory reporting, results announcements, and preparation of annual reports, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and listing requirements Manage external audit processes and act as the primary liaison with auditors to ensure efficient and successful audit completion Ensure adherence to regulatory and governance requirements, including ongoing disclosure obligations and board-level reporting Drive budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and overall financial planning to support business performance and decision-making Maintain and strengthen internal controls, risk management frameworks, and compliance processes, while overseeing tax, statutory filings, and corporate governance matters Role requirements
Recognised professional accounting qualification (e.g. CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent) Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including leadership experience in a Financial Controller or Senior Finance role Prior exposure to SGX listed company environments or strong familiarity with regulatory reporting and compliance frameworks Solid technical knowledge of financial reporting standards and group consolidation processes Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience interacting with senior leadership, auditors, and board-level stakeholders Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to operate effectively within a lean team environment
