We are a dependable ritual - a calm reset, served well, every day. Our work is grounded in ethical sourcing, freshly roasted beans, and clean execution behind the bar. We keep the operation steady, the standards clear, and the cup consistent. As we grow, we are looking for people who want to build something dependable with us. About the Role At Slab, the kitchen is where the day begins. You will be part of a small team that takes food seriously, supports each other through service, and grows together as we expand. As Kitchen Crew, you support the daily food operation of the café. You handle prep, basic cooking and assembly, plating, stock rotation, and kitchen cleanliness.
