Civil Structural Architectural (CSA) Coordinator, Singapore

To manages the integration of architectural designs with structural and civil elements, ensuring site compliance, shop drawing accuracy, and BIM coordination. They bridge the gap between consultants and contractors to solve technical issues and ensure project timelines are met. Key Responsibilities Design Coordination: Review and align architectural drawings with structural and civil specifications, resolving discrepancies before construction. Site Supervision: Supervise site progress to ensure work complies with approved drawings, materials, and authority requirements. BIM & Technical Support: Use BIM software to coordinate complex details and prepare method statements. Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to manage, schedule, and resolve technical issues. Documentation & Quality: Manage material submissions, mock-ups, and shop drawing approvals.
Education: Diploma or Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent. Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience, often in civil infrastructure or Data Center projects. Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM/Revit, and strong technical knowledge of construction methods.
