Morning: 9.30am to 7pm Afternoon 1: 12.30pm to 10pm 5-day work week, off/rest day rotating on a 3-week basis Budget: up to 2,400 Allowance: Laundry- $40, Mobile - $20, Shift Allowance - Morning shift - $5 / Afternoon shift -$7 Manage daily operations of the information counter Attend to customer enquiries and handle feedback via face-to-face and phone Assist with mall promotions, redemptions, and gift voucher programmes Raise work orders for tenants requesting technical support Process daily redemption and settlement of mall gift vouchers Handle sales transactions for mall gift vouchers Perform daily reconciliation of sales takings
