Operations Support Officer |School |Dunman, Singapore

The Services required are set out as follows: 1) Provide cleaning services 2) Provide logistics support for school events e.g. moving and arranging tables and chairs etc 3) Closing of school and keep school facilities safe and secure 4) Escort and supervise the Authority's appointed term contractors who are carrying out facilities management services in school 5) Check on the existing stock of cleaning supplies and toilet supplies and feedback to Operations Manager for replenishment of stock 6) Carry out administrative roles (such as receiving and inspecting goods and/or services, compiliation of delivery orders) to assist the Operations Manager 7) Report building faults to Operations Manager 8) Any other operational support services duties as assigned by the Authority.
