Lead and optimize logistics operations by managing storage, transportation, supplier relations, inventory, and team performance to enhance cost efficiency and delivery effectiveness. Responsibilities Plan, monitor, and execute the storage and movement of goods to ensure timely and accurate delivery Negotiate contracts and shipping rates with carriers and suppliers to secure cost-effective logistics solutions Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee warehouse operations to support seamless stock management Develop and implement efficient inbound and outbound logistics processes, including import and export activities Manage and train logistics staff, schedule shifts, and monitor team performance to maintain operational excellence Identify logistical bottlenecks and apply solutions to reduce costs and improve delivery times.
