Public Relations Officer (PRO), Singapore

Roles and Responsibilities Liaise with stakeholders and various Statutory Boards, Government Departments in the form of emails, letters, phone calls and face to face meet up. Conduct proper public relations works to engage and seek permission from JTC stakeholders for site occupation and site entry for the proposed work. Notifying stakeholders and coordinating for pre-construction surveys and inspections. Handle verbal/written and record feedbacks from public and stakeholders, subsequently follow up on the feedback until case closure. Maintains proper record of all public relation cases, correspondences and communication materials. Proactively initiate and take charge all public relations engagement and outreach activities Prepare weekly management minutes and monthly report. Manning of 24-hour Project Hotline Other ad hoc duties and site office administration work as per assigned. Requirements: Minimum 3 years working experience of Public Relation Officer Minimum 'O' levels or equivalent Good communication and strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and key stakeholders. Able to join in short notice
