A well-established Insurance firm is looking to appoint a
VP Finance Operations
to lead a team that manages end-to-end finance operations, payments, controls, and regulatory reporting within a regulated insurance environment.

Key Responsibilities Lead finance operations across multiple entities and oversee BAU activities Authorise payments, refunds, commissions, and premium transfers across core and banking systems Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements Review month-end close, bank reconciliations, interfund settlements, and MAS reporting Manage audit requests and liaise with banks and internal stakeholders Drive process improvement, automation, and system enhancements
Requirements 8+ years in finance operations experience in financial services, preferably in Insurance Open to Life/General Insurance candidates
